Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds
We endeavor to provide the best service possible to you. We also incur costs from the point of booking, in order to make your tour the best it can be. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
- Deposits are non-refundable. This applies from the time of booking. Deposits are paid as 1/3 of the total cost of the tour.
- Bookings can be transferred in the event of ill weather but they cannot be refunded.
- The full cost of the tour is due within 24 hours of the start of your tour.
- The full balance of your tour must be paid prior to starting on the tour. We reserve the right to refuse to run the tour if you do not pay prior to the tour.
- All cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are charged at the full cost.
- If you are not happy for whatever reason with the service you received on your tour we encourage you to contact us via customerservices@royalstarexcursions.com (via the link below) as soon as possible after the tour to discuss your concerns. If you have been on one of the tours, accepted the terms of service and not raised concerns within 48 hours of the tour, we will not refund any of the cost of the tour.

Please be aware that there are people on the beaches who like to impersonate businesses including ours. Please only book tours from people wearing our Royal Star excursion uniform which can be seen on the meet the team section in the 'about' page on this website. If you are unsure do not hesitate to contact us through our customer service email or using our Phone number.
We cannot be held accountable for impersonators. If you feel you have been victim of a local scam please contact the local authorities or your travel insurance company.
